Nivos Oy and Enerim Oy have signed an agreement for the implementation of the EnerimCIS customer information system. The new system will support the company’s electricity network operations as well as the water and district heating businesses, replacing the company’s existing systems.
Celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, Nivos Oy maintains and develops electricity and district heating networks, as well as water services, in the Mäntsälä region. The company serves more than 16,000 customers in Mäntsälä and its surrounding areas.
The aim of the procurement process was to find a cost-efficient, modern SaaS solution that combines open interfaces, reliability, and the flexibility to meet future needs. Emphasis was also placed on automation that improves business processes and on ease of use.
