“The system can be modified based on our needs, which makes it very user-friendly,” says Klockars.

“Customers receive a smooth and personalised service experience because we have instant visibility to all essential information,” says Klockars.

“We quickly implemented the 25.5 per cent VAT change and the temporary electricity price compensation for households,” says Klockars.
